As You Like It is best described as John Wayne meets Shakespeare in the spirit of Gus Van Sant.
Set in a contemporary American west of cowboys, Indians and ex-hippies (and filmed in Death Valley, CA utilizing the original language and an all-male cast including Academy Award nominee Graham Greene), As You Like It emphasizes themes and ideas present in Shakespeare's text that are lost in most modern adaptations.
Eighteen years in the making, As You Like It blends the latest in independent digital film production with traditional stage traditions and the scope of classic Hollywood filmmaking to create a unique cinematic experience.
